Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To confirm the reservation, a prepayment is required before 18:00 on the day of booking. You must also contact the hotelier for payment details. Guests are required to pay a security deposit in the amount of 1 overnights. Security deposit is returned upon eviction. Events are not allowed in the apartments and smoking is strictly prohibited. A key deposit will be charged in the amount of the cost of one night's stay.
