Please inform Apartment Anna in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a key lock on the door to access the apartment on arrival. During your stay, please use the keys provided in the room with the welcome pack. On departure, please leave the keys in the apartment, and put the door back on key lock.
