Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that late check-in or late check-out carries an extra charge of 25% of the total price of the reservation. Please note, extra cleaning is possible under request and subject to availability at an extra cost of EUR 35. Please note, key loss carries an extra cost of EUR 100.
