For stays on or after January 1, 2021, citizens of Colombia and foreigners staying 60 consecutive days or more will be charged a 19% national sales tax by the property at the time of stay. Foreigners on a tourist visa will not be required to pay this tax. The tax may be charged where a room is shared by a taxable and a non-taxable guest. Please inform Apartment Carrera 301 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of COP 550000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly notified of the fact that the property is located in a busy nightlife area which may be noisy on weekends. Please contact the property and inform your arrival time, taxi services can be arranged also. Please note credit card details are requested to secure the reservation, guests should inform preferred method of payment prior to arrival.
