A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Only 1 pet is allowed at the property. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. NOVASOL will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A security deposit of EUR 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10 per person or bring their own. Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure.
