Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in is carried out in the apartment. To receive instructions, guests need to contact the contact number during business hours from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. An insurance deposit is required for check-in, funds are frozen on a bank card for the duration of the stay.
