Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Check-in is contactless. At least one day before arrival, guests should contact the accommodation representative for check-in instructions. Guests will be sent a link to the application and video instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Late check-in fee after 09:00 PM is RUB 500.00. The security deposit is paid by bank transfer. The deposit will be returned to guests within 3 business days. The Double Standard rooms do not have air conditioning and a hairdryer.
