A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. If the guests will arrive after 09:30 PM they should notify the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Upon reaching the hotel building, by the door guests have to press the button for Domus Aurea №2 to access the guest house.
