Please inform Bournda Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that pets can be accommodated on request basis only, prior to arrival. Please use the special request box when booking or contact the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the property is strictly non-smoking throughout. Please note that this is a private holiday home, you will not be sharing with any other guests. Please note that guests will need to bring their own food, including bread, butter and milk.
