Additional transaction fees may apply for local residents, as well as additional VAT, which must be paid at the hotel. Payable directly to the hotel by local residents only. Tourists will receive a refund for the VAT Tax, when they pay for their accommodations. To receive the refund, they must pay with a foreign credit card or provide their passport number and confirm their address. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required.
