A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property cannot be accessed by car from 22:00 until 06:30. It can only be accessed by foot during this period. Electricity up to 200kW is included in the price. Beyond this you will be charged an extra fee of EUR 0.38 per kWh.
