You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 30,00 EUR applies for arrivals from 21:00 to 00:00 and 50,00 EUR from 00:00 to 02:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
