A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Here you will receive the key and directions to your apartment. Please contact the agency before 17:30 to arrange check-in prior to arrival. Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site, upon reservation.
