A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Utilities are at an extra cost. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. Please inform Casa Rosi in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
