Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform City Center Oslo- Venice Apartment Sea Side Three-Bedrooms and Two Toilettes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NOK 10000 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in if travelling as part of a family. After booking, the property may request a photocopy of the guest’s passport prior to check-in to secure the reservation. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the complex unless it is agreed with the property in advance. Only the guests themselves can use the facilities.
