A deposit is provided, which is refunded on the day of departure after cleaning and checking the apartment. The keys must be kept, it is forbidden to take them with you. In case of violation of these rules, the deposit is withheld. In case of damage to property, including bed linen and towels, the guest is obliged to fully compensate for the damage caused. It is necessary to observe the silence mode from 23:00 to 07:00. The use of the apartment for noisy parties is prohibited. Guests are asked to keep clean: do not walk around the apartment in shoes, especially on carpets, take out the trash after staying. Accommodation with pets is possible only upon agreement with the administration.
