As of April 1,2021 VISITAX for foreign tourists comes into force. Payment in the amount of 224 Mexican pesos (or $10 USD per person) can be done through the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists can pay before or during their stay in Quintana Roo. Proof of payment must be presented at the airport prior to departure.

Know Before You Go

• This property offers transfers from the airport (surcharges may apply). Guests must contact the property with arrival details before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for local cuisine breakfast: USD 10.00 per person (approximately)
• Airport shuttle fee: USD 30.00 per person (one way)
• Late check-in fee: USD 25.00 for check-in between 8 PM and 2 AM
• Housekeeping fee: USD 50.00 per day, varies per unit size

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

• Deposit: USD 250.00 per stay
• Cleaning deposit: USD 80.00
• 8 percent cleaning fee will be charged
