Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To confirm the booking, guest must make a prepayment of 30% of the booking cost. An account on the prepayment will be sent on guest's email. The booking without the prepayment will be canceled. Also, guest should inform a representative of the apartment about estimated arrival time. While check-in guest must present a valid identity card. On arrival, you guest make a security deposit in the amount of 3,000 rubles. The deposit will be returned in full at check-out after inspection of the apartment.
