Please note that you must collect your keys during office hours, which are as follows: Monday to Thursday and Saturday 15:00 to 18:00 Friday 15:00 to 20:30 Sundays and Public Holidays 15:00 to 17:00 If you expect to arrive outside these hours, please contact Daylesford Accommodation Escapes by telephone during office hours, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that you must return the keys to the office by 12:00 on the check out date. Please note that there is a 4% charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.
