Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Payment for tours must be made within 3 working days from the date of confirmation, otherwise the tours will be canceled without warning! When booking tours with arrival in less than 14 days, the prepayment must be 100%! To access the swimming pool, sauna and other services, guests must have a sanatorium card. Guests can bring it with them or arrange it at the sanatorium for an additional fee: RUB 1,300.00 per person. Rules of the guest's arrival at the sanatorium: 1. Admission to the territory of the sanatorium will be carried out in the presence of personal protective equipment. 2. You must have the following documents with you: - Passport (birth certificate (for children from 4 to 14 years old), notarized power of attorney for the right to represent the child's interests in a sanatorium, issued to a person who is not a legal representative) - OMS policy. - Certificate of no contact with COVID-19 patients during the previous 14 days, issued no later than 3 days before leaving for the sanatorium (Order of the Office of the Federal Service for Rospotrebnadzor for the Stavropol Territory No. 639-04 dated 02.07.2020). - Sanatorium card with the obligatory indication of the result of fluorographic examination (order of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of 05.05.2016, number 279n). - For children, in addition to the above documents, a vaccination certificate is required. - Certificate of vaccination or the QR-code of the vaccinated, obtained through the portal "Gosuslugi"; - Either a certificate or a QR code of a patient who has been ill, received through the "State Service" portal, confirming that a citizen has suffered a coronavirus infection and no more than 12 months have passed since the date of his recovery; - Either a negative laboratory test result for coronavirus infection by PCR, obtained no earlier than 48 hours. 3. Reception of vacationers who have undergone COVID-19 infection for spa treatment is permissible only 14 days after the final, double laboratory-confirmed recovery, determined by the absence of symptoms and signs of infection and the elimination of SARS-CoV-2 from respiratory smears.
