Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A remote self-check-in and check-out system is provided. Check-in is possible at any time. Late check-out and early check-in are agreed individually. Guests must correctly indicate the number of guests when booking, including children under 12 years old. Guests who are not included in the booking will be charged upon arrival. Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement for an additional fee. Reporting documents are provided to business travelers. Non-cash payment by bank card or through a bank account is possible. Parties and other events are not allowed. A deposit is provided. The deposit is refunded upon departure with the safety of the property, order and cleanliness. Daily cleaning is carried out by maids. There are sleeping places in the bedroom: a double bed with an orthopedic mattress of 160x200; a folding bed with a wooden rack base and a mattress measuring 90x200; in the living room there is a bed with orthopedic mattress size 140x200; double folding sofa with a size of 180x230. Beds are made up with bed linen for check-in. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
