This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that key collection is from 15:00 until 20:00. A EUR 30 surcharge will apply if you arrive between 20:00 and 23:00. A EUR 50 surcharge will apply if you arrive between 23:00 and 02:00. Please note that check-out is until 11:00 and late check-out is available on request. A EUR 50 surcharge will apply if you leave after 11:00h. Special holidays December 25 and 26 / January 1, have an additional cost of €30. We do not make entries after 6:00 p.m.
