Know Before You Go

• This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties.
• Guests must transfer to the property via boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Late check-in fee: XPF 5370 for check-in after 6:00 PM
• Onsite credit card charges are subject to a surcharge

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

• Breakage deposit: XPF 150000 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: XPF 220 per person, per night
