Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. In the period from 12/31/2008 to 01/01/2009 a prepayment of 10% of the cost of booking is required. Guests are kindly requested to contact the apartment representative in advance in order to arrange a key collection time. Late check in after 22:00 is charged extra, the cost is RUB 500.00. On dates of high demand, a deposit must be paid to guarantee the reservation. At the end of the booking process, a representative of the property will contact you and provide information on the amount, methods of prepayment and cancellation conditions.
