If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Friendly Rentals Palace in advance. Please note that on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays key collection takes place from 15:00 to 21:00 at 690 Gran Via de les Cortes Catalanes, Barcelona. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is payable on arrival. This will be refunded upon departure once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
