You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that prepayment is due by bank transfer. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please note that a end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price.
