Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. After making a booking, guest must contact the hotel to find out the details of the booking. The booking without prepayment is cancelled after 12 hours from the moment of booking. The prepayment is refunded in case of no-show, guests are accepted strictly on prepayment.
