Rules of accomodation: The number of guests staying in the apartment must match the number specified in the booking. Quiet hours are to be observed from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Trash should be disposed of in designated areas, dishes should be washed, and the apartment should be left in a clean condition. Leaving trash in the common areas of the building is prohibited. Smoking of any substances, including tobacco and hookah, is not allowed in the apartment. Use of additional sets of bedding and towels is only allowed with prior approval from management. Moving large furniture without approval is not permitted. Guests should treat the apartment and building property with care. Apartment keys must not be lost. Check-out must be conducted at the agreed upon time unless otherwise arranged in advance. Failure to follow these house rules or any property damage will result in the security deposit not being refunded.
