A damage deposit of GBP 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. The fee should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-in times for last minute bookings will most likely have a one hour lead time post-payment processing and timing is subject to availability.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please note that check-ins before 03:00 PM carry an additional charge of GBP 30. The earliest possible check-in is 12:00 NN, subject to availability. Last check-in for this property is 11:00 PM. Arrivals after 11:00 PM will not be granted access to the property and no refunds will be given.

Standard check-out time is up to 11:00 AM. A late check-out may be arranged at an additional cost of GBP 20 an hour. If late checking out without prior agreement, there will be a charge of GBP 40 per hour.
The lead guest must be at least 23 years of age.
The property operates a strict non-smoking policy in all interior and exterior areas of the property. guests found violating this rule may be charged a fine.
