PAYMENT: For all reservations, guests must pay in advance by credit card via Paypal. The hotel will send an e-mail with a Paypal link about 1 month prior to the check-in date, and the guest must click the link and complete payment by credit card within 7 days after the email is sent. In case of a refund, the payment is refunded via Paypal. After payment has been received, the hotel will email the security code for the apartment's electronic lock. Guests should go directly to the hotel and use the code to enter. EXCEPTION: For reservations made 3 or fewer days prior to arrival, the hotel will accept cash payments. The full amount of the reservation must be paid when checking in.
