Key Collection: Please note that all key collection takes place at: Habitat Sierra Nevada, Galeria Comercial Hotel Melia Sol y Nieve, Local 7, Plaza de Prado Llano. This takes place between 17:30 and 20:00. Before travelling, all guests should notify the property of their anticipated time of arrival by calling the number which appears on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site before 20:00 CET. Guests who can only check in outside of office opening hours must do so at the Hotel Montesol Arttyco (in the Acongra building). This is subject to an additional surcharge of EUR 15 between 20:00 and 00:00, and EUR 25 after 00:00. Deposit: A breakage deposit of EUR 150 per apartment is retained by the property (via credit card) for the length of the stay. This will be refunded 3 days after the end of stay, according to the condition of the apartment. Any damage or imperfection found in the apartment from before the start of stay must be notified during the first 24 hours of the stay. Check out: Keys must be left in the reception before 11:00 on the day of check out. Towel Service: Please be aware that towels are not provided in apartments as part of the rates. This service is available for a surcharge.
