A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please inform Hibiscus in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Before check-out you can clean the apartment yourself or request final cleaning, at extra charge. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge or bring their own: - bed linens: 7 EUR per person - towels: 6 EUR per person
