Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The accommodation facility is equipped with an automated check-in system. Guests can reserve a seat, register and open the door themselves. Guests need to pay for the reservation, register online, provide a phone number, scan documents, receive a door code in a message and check into the hostel. If there is no contact phone number for the guests, it is not possible to provide the access code from the accommodation facility. If guests have trouble obtaining the access code, they must call the receptionist on duty using the contact details provided on the booking confirmation. The front desk is not open around the clock. In case of check-in after 12:00 AM (midnight), guests should inform the hotel in advance about their arrival time. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. The hotel temporarily accommodates only citizens of the Russian Federation. In the hostel, for an additional fee, guests can purchase disposable hygiene products and slippers on site. Luggage storage is available at an additional cost after check-out.
