Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. A security deposit of THB 2,000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Cleaning service is provided twice a week when guest stays over 4 days.
Electricity use will be charged THB 7 per unit and calculated from the first day for stays 21 or more nights upon check-out.
Guests are required to provide an estimated check-in time to the property prior to arrival.
Guests arriving after 06:00 PM are required to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
The property requires a refundable key deposit of THB 2,000 for guests staying 1 to 6 nights and THB 5,000 for guests staying 7 or more nights.

Children from 8 years old will be considered as adults

Children from 0-7 year(s) stay for free if using existing bedding. If you need an extra bed, it will incur an additional charge.
