Alle Colombiaanse burgers, ongeacht de duur van hun verblijf, en alle buitenlanders die ten minste 60 opeenvolgende dagen in het land verblijven, moeten een nationale omzetbelasting (19%) betalen op hun accommodatie tijdens hun verblijf. Buitenlanders met een toeristenvisum zijn vrijgesteld van deze belasting. Als een belastingplichtige persoon en een persoon die is vrijgesteld van belasting dezelfde kamer delen, kan het tarief worden toegepast op de hele kamer.
- If you are traveling with a child your property may require you to present the following documents: Parents traveling into Colombia with a child under 18 may be required to present the child's birth certificate and photo ID (passport for non-Columbian visitors) upon check-in. If a relative or legal guardian is traveling into Colombia with the child, that relative or legal guardian may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents and a copy of both parents' ID. If only one parent is traveling into Colombia with the child, that parent may be required to present a notarized consent of travel signed by the other parent. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Colombian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.

- You may be required to pay VAT (19%) at the property. Nonresident travelers who pay using a foreign card or bank transfer and present a valid passport and tourist visa may be exempt from value-added tax (19%) on tourist package bookings (accommodation plus other travel service).
We have included all charges provided to us by the property.
- Fee for wireless internet in public areas: COP 15000 per 24-hour period (2-device limit, rates may vary)
- A kitchen/kitchenette is available for an additional fee
- An in-room refrigerator is available for an additional fee
