Guests need to contact the hotel and inform about their arrival 30 minutes before arrival. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Check-in between 20:00 and 14:00 is by prior arrangement only. Contactless check-in is possible. Check-in, check-out and accommodation are carried out in the presence of an identity document, based on the rules and conditions defined by the hotel. For group reservations of two or more rooms prepayment is required. Guests should contact the hotel at least 24 hours before arrival to coordinate check-in time. It is possible to pay by cards of any payment system, including Russian banks. In case of payment by card a fee may be charged. Additional charges may apply for the use of air conditioning and sauna. From 10.00 PM to 09.00 AM, guests must observe silence and not perform actions that create discomfort for residents.
