In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have re-defined our processes and house rules to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our guests and team members. The property age policy as follows:
• Children under 6 years of age (only up to two children) stay for free if using existing bed and will receive breakfast free of charge.
• Extra bed is required with additional charge for one additional children below 6 years and/or for one children between 6 - 12 years of age and they will be charged half the adult price for breakfast.
• For two children above 6 years of age, an additional room must be booked.
On account of new regulations, until further notice, all Food and Beverage services are limited to set/select menus. Please note, buffet services are also temporarily discontinued.
As per instructions from the Government authorities regarding the containment of COVID-19, the property are closing the swimming pools, gymnasiums and spas across all our hotels, till further notice.
Operation and timings of all food and beverage outlets, the business centre and meeting facilities will be defined by the property, and can be confirmed at the Front Desk.
Please note that any changes in tax structure due to government policies will result in revised taxes, which will be applicable to all reservations and will be charged additionally during check out.
