Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. Please keep in mind that the property is located in a Natural Protected Area. Therefore, the bar and restaurant close at 8 pm. Loud noises are not allowed after 10 PM. Please note that during the day they receive Day Pass visitors from 9 am until 6 pm. Most rooms have a shared bathroom, check the descriptions. There is no water service in the area, tap water comes from a well, so it is not drinkable. You must buy your own water from the bar or use the mineral water refill system for a small fee.
