This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen is not included in the rate. Guests can bring their own bed linen or rent it on site at an extra cost of EUR 10 per person. Please note that energy costs are not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption upon departure.
