Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Cleaning fee: RUB 1,000.00 per stay Bedding fee: RUB 500.00 per stay Breakage and violation of the rules of residence deposit: RUB 2,000.00. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the stairs. Parties/events are not allowed. "Quiet hours" (when it's not allowed to make noise): from 10 PM to 8 AM Pets are not allowed. Check-in from 2 PM to 5 PM, later only upon prior agreement with the property. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. Visa support for foreign guests is not provided. Guests are required to present their passport upon check-in. For children aged 13 and younger, a birth certificate is required.   How to find: Address: Embankment of the Kutuzov River, 30, main entrance. To pick up the keys, you need 2 hours prior to arrival to call the phone number indicated in the voucher.
