Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Guests must pick up the keys from the apartment at: 1 Sovetskaya St., 12. The entrance is located on the side of the 10th house between the gray and yellow fence. If arriving after 10:00 PM, please inform the hotel in advance and receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For reservations on weekends and holidays is necessary to make an advance payment equal to the cost of 1 night. To transfer the prepayment, the hotel sends guests details or issues an invoice. The guest is given 5 days to make the prepayment from the date of receiving the requisites. If the payment is not made, the reservation is invalid.
