Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Lockers are provided free of charge. Guests are advised to bring their own padlock or purchase one at the property. Please be informed that this property does not have a lift. Please note that guests under the age of 15 years are not allowed to stay at this property without a parent or official guardian. A key card deposit of THB 200 is required upon arrival. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out.
