Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. A prepayment is required prior to arrival. After booking, a property representative will contact guests with information on the amount, prepayment methods, and cancellation policies. Upon arrival, a refundable deposit is charged for the safety of the property: RUB 2000.00. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property prior to arrival for instructions on how to check-in during the time slot from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. The administration of the apartments does not register foreign citizens for migration purposes.
