This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A damage deposit of AUD 500 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Merchant fees: Visa/Master Card 1.8% / Amex 2% Merchant fees are non refundable.
