Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. It is allowed to use only the bed linen offered by the apartment, as it is hypoallergenic. In order to avoid allergy attacks, guests are strictly prohibited from bringing and using their own bed linen. The price includes one set of bed linen. An additional set of bed linen and towels costs RUB 500.00. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. Smoking will result in a fine equal to the deposit. The apartment is not rented out for celebrations and parties. If neighbors complain about a noisy event, the guest will be subject to eviction on the same day without refund of the deposit or payment of rent. Rules of residence: - observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; - take off street shoes at the entrance. If the conditions are not met, the deposit will not be returned. Check-in instructions will be sent during business hours: from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM local time in Khabarovsk (GMT+10). Remote check-in is organized in the apartment, so payment is accepted only by online transfer. When leaving the apartment, guests must wash the dirty dishes, sink, stove and oven, remove all the garbage and take out the bags with garbage to the area with garbage cans. Food and drinks left in the refrigerator are also garbage, which the guest must dispose of in the local garbage cans. Damage and stains of any origin on textiles, interiors and furniture, as well as in case of violation of the rules of accommodation and non-compliance with the conditions, the deposit will not be refunded. The parking lot is located behind the fence of the house territory.
