Special check-in instructions
There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. To check in, go to Maeva Le Thuria
To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. Summer reception hours (located in the Thuria building) are as follows.
Sunday to Monday: 8:30 AM - Noon and 5 PM - 7 PM
Saturday: 8 AM - 8 PM

Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours are asked to contact the property in advance to arrange check-in. please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM and must be returned by 10 AM on the day of departure. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
For short stays, keys can be collected after 10 AM Sundays to Fridays, and after 2 PM on Saturdays; they must be returned by noon on the day of departure.

• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section).

Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Fee for in-room wireless Internet: EUR 2 per night (rates may vary)
• Pet fee: EUR 9 per pet (varies based on length of stay)
• Early check-in fee: EUR 50 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: EUR 55 per stay, varies per unit size
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 16 per week

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: EUR 200 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
