Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The guest's contact number must be left at the time of booking. Check-in to the apartment is possible around the clock. An hour before arrival, guests must contact the apartment manager so that the administrator can send instructions for remote check-in. If the guest arrives later than 10:00 PM, he must contact the apartment before 10:00 PM at least an hour in advance, in order for the manager to send the check-in instructions. The apartment staff accepts calls from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A member of staff can be contacted via WhatsApp. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
