Please note that a prepayment of 25% of the reservation is due at the time of the booking. The property manager will send you by mail the exact address of the apartment and will contact you to organise the key collection. Please note that a rental contract must be signed on arrival. Please note that late check-in after 21:00 and early check-out before 08:00 can be arranged for an extra cost of EUR 30. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
