Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Self-check-in is provided. Check-in at night must be agreed in advance, the full payment and deposit must be made. A general cleaning service is provided after each guest. For long-term stays, wet cleaning with a change of linen is carried out once a week. The seconded employees are provided with a full set of accounting documents. An insurance deposit is paid at the time of check-in. In case of late check-in, the deposit must be paid before 09:00 PM. The security deposit is refunded on the day of departure before 06:00 PM. It is not rented to persons under the influence of alcohol, as well as for parties and other noisy events. Smoking is prohibited. Pets are not allowed.
