Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The apartments are self-service check-in. Guests receive check-in instructions after full payment and security deposit is paid. Before checking in, you need to go through the check – in procedure - sign an electronic contract, provide a passport photo and a selfie with a passport and make payment and security deposit. It is necessary to warn about the time of check-in and check-out no later than one day before check-in / check-out. Early check-in / late check-out is paid if there are no other guests before and after. There is no luggage storage service. The security deposit is refundable after cleaning on the day of departure until 12:00 AM. In case of violations of the rules (smoking, parties, noise complaints from neighbors, more guests than indicated in the reservation), the deposit is not refundable.
